leadership hoopla have been interesting but he may have a bona fide scoop on his hands by decalring that there is a new figure entering the Labour leadership race.

Fantastic news. With Ken stepping forward Calum Cashley's idea of supporting Helen Eadie suddenly doesn't seem so daft.
As a spectator I can happily say I'm really enjoying Labour's leadership contest!

When wrestlers all stood in a ring together at the same time and through slapping, tag-teaming, dirty tricks and sheer pantomime they threw each other out of the ring until one was left standing.
It was car crash tv. You knew it was stupid and all a bit childish but you couldn't take your eyes off it.
Well, I think you'll agree we're in for a treat with the Labour leadership contest.
(Mercifully the tight pants and spandex will be kept to a minimum!)
